Tai's younger brother, Toan, overhears a lottery ticket seller looking for the winner of the ticket sold that day. Toan, curious, investigates and discovers that no one else won except Tai. Toan begins to secretly track Tai and the missing lottery ticket. Eventually, Tai and Tinh become aware of the situation, and the family joins forces to find the lost lottery ticket.
